At Black Sand Labs, we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours during our normal business hours. Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Orders placed before 12:00 pm are usually dispatched the same working day whenever possible.

UK Delivery

*We offer FREE UK shipping on orders over £40 (Mainland UK only) when you use the promotional code displayed on our website. Mainland UK orders are sent using a Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery service (Monday–Saturday). Orders placed after 12:00 pm or during weekends will be processed on the next working day.

For customers in the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, and other non-mainland UK locations, orders are typically dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 48 or an equivalent tracked service. Shipping costs for these destinations will be calculated at checkout where applicable.

Delivery Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email along with tracking details (where available), allowing you to follow your parcel's journey.

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful because no one is available to receive the parcel, the courier may leave a calling card or redirect your parcel to a local depot or collection point. Please follow the courier's instructions to arrange redelivery or collection.

While we always work hard to dispatch orders promptly, delivery times are provided by our courier partners and are outside of our control. Although delays are uncommon, Black Sand Labs cannot accept responsibility for delivery delays once your parcel has been handed to the courier.
