1. Promoter

The promoter of this prize draw is Black Sand Labs, based in Cumbria, England.

2. Eligibility

The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.

Employees of Black Sand Labs, their immediate family members, and anyone directly involved in administering the prize draw are not eligible to enter.

Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified.

3. How to Enter

Entry is free, and no purchase is necessary.

To enter the prize draw, participants must:

• Scan the promotional QR code or visit the designated Black Sand Labs prize draw registration page.

• Complete the registration form with their name and a valid email address.

• Agree to these Terms & Conditions.

• Complete any email verification process required by the registration system.

Only registrations successfully completed during the promotional period will be eligible.

Participants will also have the opportunity to subscribe to the Black Sand Labs mailing list to receive product news, exclusive offers and updates.

Subscription to marketing emails is optional and does not affect eligibility for the prize draw.

4. Promotional Period and Closing Date

The prize draw closes at 11:59 pm (UK time) on 1 December 2026.

Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

5. The Prize

One lucky winner will receive a £100 Black Sand Labs gift voucher code, redeemable exclusively through the official Black Sand Labs website.

The winner will be able to browse our full product range and select products of their choice, up to a total value of £100.

The gift voucher code will be issued directly to the winner by email following confirmation of their eligibility.

The following conditions apply:

• The voucher is valid for purchases made through the official Black Sand Labs website only.

• The voucher has a total value of £100 and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• The winner may select any products available on the website, subject to stock availability.

• Any order value exceeding £100 must be paid by the winner.

• Standard UK delivery will be provided free of charge for the winning order.

• The voucher is non-transferable and cannot be resold.

• The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional discount codes.

The winner will have 12 months from the date of issue to redeem the voucher.

If the total value of the products selected is less than £100, any unused balance will remain available for future purchases until the voucher expires.

6. Winner Selection

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on 2 December 2026.

The selection will be made using a verifiably random process to ensure that all eligible participants have an equal chance of winning.

7. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted using the email address provided during registration on 2 December 2026.

The winner must respond within 14 calendar days of notification and provide the information necessary to arrange delivery.

If the winner does not respond within this period, declines the prize or is found to be ineligible, Black Sand Labs reserves the right to select another winner at random.

8. Winner Announcement

The prize draw result will be announced on 2 December 2026, subject to the winner being contacted.

Black Sand Labs may announce that a winner has been selected through its website, social media channels or email communications.

To demonstrate that a valid award has taken place, Black Sand Labs may make available the winner's surname and county, in accordance with applicable promotional marketing rules.

The winner may object to or request a reduction in the information made publicly available by contacting Black Sand Labs.

9. Privacy and Personal Information

Personal information collected through the registration form will be used to administer the prize draw, verify entries, select and contact the winner, and arrange delivery of the prize.

Information will be handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation and the Black Sand Labs Privacy Policy.

Participants may separately choose to subscribe to Black Sand Labs marketing emails.

Marketing consent is optional and will not affect entry into the prize draw.

Subscribers may withdraw their consent and unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link included in promotional emails.

Personal information will not be sold to third parties.

10. Fair Participation

Black Sand Labs reserves the right to disqualify entries that are fraudulent, incomplete, duplicated, submitted using false information or otherwise breach these Terms & Conditions.

Automated, bulk or manipulated entries are not permitted.

Black Sand Labs may request reasonable evidence of eligibility before awarding the prize.

11. Changes or Cancellation

If circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Black Sand Labs make it necessary to amend, suspend or cancel the prize draw, Black Sand Labs may do so where reasonably necessary, while taking appropriate steps to ensure fair treatment of participants.

Any material changes will be communicated through the Black Sand Labs website.

12. Responsibility

Black Sand Labs will take reasonable care in administering the prize draw and arranging delivery of the prize.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable UK law.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory legal protections applicable to participants elsewhere in the United Kingdom.

14. Acceptance of Terms

By entering the Black Sand Labs £100 Christmas Prize Draw, participants confirm that they have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
